Pengaruh Komposisi Media Tanam Terhadap Pertumbuhan Microgreen Tanaman Lobak Merah (Raphanus Sativus L.)

This study aims to determine the effect of planting media composition on the growth of microgreen red radish
plants (Raphanus sativus L.) that are environmentally sound to implement sustainable agriculture. The design
used is a Randomised Group Design (RGD) which is repeated five times. Treatments of various compositions of
planting media include: A (vermikompost) (v/v), B = Vermikompost + Malang Sand (1:1) (v/v), C = Vermikompost
+ Cocopeat (1:1) (v/v), D = Vermikompost + Husk charcoal (1:1) (v/v), and E = Vermikompost + Zeolite (1:1)
(v/v). The results showed that various compositions of planting media gave significantly different effects on plant
height at 6 DAP (days after planting), 9 DAP, 12 DAP, and 15 DAP, plant wet weight, plant dry weight, plant
root length, and root pupil ratio (NPA) of plants, except for plant height at 3 DAP and number of plant leaves.
The treatment of planting media composition Vermikompost + Husk charcoal (1:1) (v/v) (D) gave a higher effect
and different from other treatments, except for the treatment of planting media Vermikompost + Cocopeat (1:1)
(v/v) and Vermikompost + Zeolite (1:1) (v/v).
