The purpose of this study was to examine the interaction effects of various varieties with growing media to determine the vitamin C content in spinach plants. The environmental design used a factorial randomized block design (RBD), consisting of several spinach varieties (V) with 2 levels: V1 = Red Spinach and V2 = Green Spinach. The growing media (M) consisted of 4 levels: M1 = Rockwool, M2 = Cocopeat, M3 = Rice Husk, and M4 = Cocopeat and Rice Husk.
