Biological fertilizer contains Azosprillium sp., and Bacillus sp. can function as a provider of nutrients in the soil, so that they can be available to plants. This research aims to study the effect of the concentration of liquid compound biofertilizer on the growth and yield of Grand Rapids lettuce varieties and to obtain the best concentration. Carried out at the Agriculture, Plantation and Forestry Extension Center (BP3K) Rongga District, West Bandung Regency, West Java Province with an altitude of 998 meters above sea level (m asl), rainfall with an average of 2,325 mm/year, Latosol soil type with a pH of 6 ,0. Implementation time is from July to August 2024. The research uses an experimental method with an environmental design using a simple Randomized Group Design (RGD) with 6 treatment levels (A: 0 ml L-1 solution, B: 1 ml L-1, C: 1 .5 ml L-1, D: 2 ml L-1, E: 2.5 ml L-1 and F: 3 ml L-1) repeated 4 times. The results of the research showed that the concentration of liquid compound biofertilizer had an effect on the yield of the Grand Rapids variety of lettuce (plant weight), but had no effect on plant growth (plant height, number of leaves). A concentration of 2 ml L-1 was obtained which had the best effect on fresh weight per plot.
