Curly lettuce is one of the plants with economic value with high vitamin content and rich nutrients, so that people's needs are increasing. One effort to increase lettuce production can be done by fertilizing using environmentally friendly fertilizer such as liquid organic fertilizer. By utilizing food waste from traditional markets, which is the second highest source of waste production, the treatment consists of processing market vegetable waste with liquid organic fertilizer which is easily decomposed and rich in the nutrients needed by plants. This research aims to obtain the right concentration when providing fermented vegetable waste water for the growth and yield of curly lettuce (Lactuca sativa L. Grand Rapids). This research used a single factor Randomized Block Design (RBD) method with 6 treatments and 5 replications, including: P0 (no treatment), P1 (concentration 100 ml/ℓ), P2 (concentration 200 ml/ℓ). P3 (Concentration 300 ml/ℓ), P4 (Concentration 400 ml/ℓ), and P5 (POC Nasa 6 ml/ℓ). The observation data was F tested at 5% level and then tested further using DMRT (Duncan Multiple Range Test) at 5% level. The results of this research showed significant effect on the parameters of plant height from 14 dap to 35 dap, number of leaves from 21 dap to 35 dap, plant fresh weight, and leaf area. Treatment P1 (Concentration 100 ml/ℓ) gave the best effect on the parameters of plant height of 25.75 cm, number of leaves of 14, stem diameter of 9.33 mm, plant fresh weight of 64.54 grams and leaf area of 1308.8 cm².Downloads
