Abstract

Factors Affecting Farmers' Satisfaction in Rice Seed Farming Partnership Cooperation and Its Impact on Sustainability (A Case in Partnership Cooperation Between Farmers and the Rice Seed and Palawija Center (BBPP) in Bojongpicung District, Cianjur Regency, West Java Province). Under the guidance of Dety Sukmawati and Tuti Gantini.

The research aims to find out the Factors Affecting Farmer Satisfaction in Rice Seed Farming Partnership Cooperation and its Impact on the Sustainability of the Program. The form of verifiable research.  The technique used is a survey. And respondents were determined based on drawing samples with a simple random technique to each of the analysis units, namely farmers participating in the Partnership Program with BPBP. Tools for hypothesis testing are used multiple linear regression and simple linear regression.  The results of the research were obtained A variety of factors that affect the satisfaction of partnership cooperation between BBPP and farmers consist of: Seed accuracy; the accuracy of fertilizers, the accuracy of medicines, the accuracy of capital, land and technical guidance obtained an achievement level of 80.52% of the Good criteria.

Farmers' satisfaction in partnership cooperation consisting of: Profit Sharing Proportion, Payment Speed; Service, Selling Price, and Problem Solving achieved 80.00 %. Furthermore, the sustainability of partnership cooperation which includes socio-economic aspects and ecological aspects was achieved with an achievement of 81.28% of the Good criteria. Seed accuracy; Fertilizer Accuracy, Medicine Accuracy, Capital Accuracy, Land and Technical Guidance have a positive effect on farmer satisfaction in the partnership cooperation with BPBP which is described in the equation function: Y = 0.216 X1+ 0.175 X2 +0.272 X3 + 0.262 X4+ 0.154 X5 + 0.280 X6+ Ɛ. Farmer satisfaction has a positive effect on the Sustainability of Rice Seed Farming Partnership Cooperation.  The magnitude of the influence of satisfaction is 70.19 %, which indicates that satisfaction is very decisive for the sustainability of the cooperation program.
