PERAN PENYULUH DAN KELOMPPOK TANI TERHADAP KEBERLANJUTAN PENGGUNAAN TRAKTOR RODA DUA DAN DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP EFISIENSI BIAYA TENAGA KERJA DAN PENDAPATAN USAHATANI PADI (Oryza, sativa,L)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Role of Extension Workers and Farmer Groups on the Sustainable Use of Two-Wheeled Tractors and Their Impact on Labor Cost Efficiency and Rice Farm Income (Oryza, Sativa, L) in Cilamaya Wetan District, Karawang Regency. The technique of determining respondents was carried out by distributing examples taken 60 units. The analysis technique used is Line analysis and paired t test (t test paired).  The results of the study obtained the Role of Field Agricultural Extension Workers (PPL) obtained 79.42% Good criteria, the Role of Farmer Groups 72.72% good criteria, and Sustainability of the use of combine harvester agricultural mechanization 78.90% Good criteria. There is a positive correlation between the Role of PPL and the Role of Farmer Groups related to the use of Two-Wheeled Tracts as indicated by the correlation coefficient number r = 0.380. The better the role of PPL, the better the role of farmer groups.  The role of PPL and the role of farmer groups have a positive effect on the sustainability of the use of two-wheeled tracts, with their contributions of 60.28% and 16.04% respectively. The use of two-wheeled tractors has an effect on increasing the efficiency of rice farming production costs, by 4.44%.  The use of two-wheeled tractors has an effect on increasing rice farming income, by 5.51%.
