The study aims to find out the factors that affect farmers' participation in the application of organic rice farming technology (Oryza sativa, L) and its impact on farmers' income. The form of verifiable research. The technique used is a survey. and respondents were determined based on drawing samples by a simple random technique to the analysis unit of the Junlah. The tool for hypothesis testing is used multiple linear regression. The results of the study were obtained The feasibility of the application of organic rice farming technology was characterized by an average land cultivation of 0.87 ha. Organic rice farming activities start from the use of superior and certified seeds; Land tillage; Follow-up fertilization; The use of organic materials; Planting seedlings; Weeding; Irrigation; Pest and Disease Control ;p and post-harvest. The achievement level was obtained 76.27% of the Good criteria. Farmers' participation in the application of organic rice farming technology includes: Making organic fertilizers; Manufacturing of organic medicines; and Application Area obtained an achievement level of 67.26%, good criteria. Meanwhile, factors that affect farmer participation consist of :P experience; Land; Availability of Organic Materials; Ease of obtaining fertilizers and organic medicines; Ease of Marketing; and the selling price of rice was achieved by 76.19%. Farmers' participation in the application of organic rice farming technology is influenced by the following factors: Experience 3.99%; Land area 3.93%; Availability of Organic Matter 4.97 %; Ease of obtaining organic fertilizers and medicines 10.57%; Ease of Marketing 5.15%; and the selling price of rice is 3.72%. The application of organic rice farming technology has the effect of increasing farmers' income.
