The branch of horticulture called floriculture studies ornamental plants, such as cut flowers. Cut flowers are a type of horticulture whose prices change, are not sustainable and efficient. This research aims to: (1) study supply chain mechanisms related to product flow, information flow and financial flow, (2) study how effective the floriculture supply chain is at the Rawa Belong Flower Market, West Jakarta. This research uses survey methods and qualitative and quantitative descriptive data analysis. Respondent collection methods used census and snowball sampling. The research results show that the floriculture supply chain distribution mechanism consists of (a) product flow in the floriculture supply chain at the Rawa Belong Flower Market, West Jakarta, (b) information flow, namely in the floriculture supply chain, information from farmers' cut flowers to consumers or vice versa, and ( c) financial flows in the floriculture supply chain where financial flows flow from consumers to cut flower farmers. The results of the supply chain channel calculation are: (1) in channel I the total margin cannot be obtained, in channel II it is Rp. 235,000/Per bunch, channel III Rp. 125,000/Per bunch. (2) supply chain distribution efficiency is 22% in Channel I, 275% in Channel II, and 258% in Channel III. Because the shelf I supply chain has an effective rating of between 0 and 33%, it is proven that there is an effective supply chain distribution there. (3) The share of farmers in distribution channels I, II, and III is 100%, 41.25%, and 56.69% respectively. This means that the farmer's share must be effective at around 40%, so it is efficient.
