Analisis Pendapatan dan Nilai Tambah Produk Olahan Ketan di UMKM Desa Cililin Bandung Barat

Abstract

Sticky rice is generally used as a material for the manufacture of various types of food typical of the region, one of them being in the village of Cililin Bandung West. The purpose of this research is to analyze the size of the income generated from the processing of ketan rice into the product and the added value of the business based on sticky rice in the UMKM Village of Cililin Bandung West. The data collection technique used is purposive sampling. The researchers used two respondents who were the owners of each of the cane-based. Such selection is based on the consideration that the owner knows all the information required. This research uses primary data and secondary data. The data analysis methods used are both qualitative and quantitative. Qualitative analysis covers an overview of enterprises, resources, and production activities, while Quantitative analysis includes cost structure and value-added analysis of rice-processed products. The analysis showed that the total cost incurred by Pusaka Utama on the product was 1.843.515 IDR, an additional amount of 1.845.570 IDR, an extra amount of 553.602 IDR, and a tape of 944.512 IDR. The average primary receipt of Pusaka is 5,260,000 IDR/process of production. The total revenue obtained by the Principal for the whole product was 1,017.313 IDR. The added value obtainable in the single production of the product is Rs.,97.686 IDR/kg with a ratio of 37,2%, the primary revenue of 104.929 IDR with a ratio of 38,9%, and the extra value of 16.3 IDR kg with a ration of 16,3%. The total cost of Dapur Umi Fatum was 943.907 IDR with an average receipt is Rp. The revenue of the tape was 806,093 IDR. The added value obtained in a single process amounted to Rs. 35,244 IDR /kg with a ratio of 50.3%.
