Pengaruh Pemberian Pupuk Organik Cair Limbah Sayuran terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Tanaman Sawi Hijau (Brassica juncea L. var. Tosakan)

Vegetable waste organic fertilizer is a method of processing organic waste that can produce value-added products such as organic fertilizer, as well as reducing the environmental impact of waste that is not managed properly. This research aims to obtain the concentration of fermented vegetable wastewater that has the best effect on the growth and yield of mustard greens (Brassica juncea L. var. Tosakan). The experiment was conducted in Puseurjaya Village, East Telukjambe District, Karawang Regency, West Java Province, Indonesia from March 2024 to May 2024. The research method used in an experiment using a Randomized Block Design (RBD) single factor consisting of 6 treatments in 5 replications namely P0 Vegetable Waste POC Concentration 0 ml/l), P1 (Vegetable Waste POC Concentration 100 ml/l), P2 (Vegetable Waste POC Concentration 200 ml/l), P3 (Vegetable Waste POC Concentration 300 ml/l), P4 (POC Concentration Vegetable Waste 400 ml/l),P5 (NASA POC 6 ml/l). The effect of the treatment was analyzed by means of the F test of variance at the level 5% and continued with DMRT (Duncan Multiple Range Test) at the level 5%. The results of the experimental showed that the type of P1 treatment gave the best results for plant height at 28 days after planting (36.48 cm), stem base diameter (8.89 mm), number of leaves (13.27), fresh weight of plants with roots (112, 29 grams), and fresh plant weight without roots (101.21 grams) in green mustard plants.
