Cilamaya Wetan and Cilamaya Kulon sub-districts have the highest number of fishing households in Karawang Regency. The problem of fishermen is that there are still fishermen who are in a difficult and less prosperous economic situation due to uncertain income and lack of income earned due to inadequate supporting factors for fishing. This study aims to analyze the influence of labor variables, technology, experience, and fish selling prices on fishermen's income simultaneously and partially. Including quantitative research, 84 fishermen boat owners were involved as samples in this study, which were selected through proportionate random sampling technique. Data were collected through interviews by distributing limited questionnaires and primary and secondary data were used. For data analysis, multiple linear regression method was used. The findings of this study are that the average cost required to reach the peak in May was Rp 241,770/trip, the average revenue in May was Rp 8,104,137, and the average income of fishermen in May was Rp 3,819,956. The variables of labor, technology, experience, and fish selling price simultaneously have an influence on the income variable significantly. With a significance level of 5% and partially, the variables of labor and fish selling price have a significant and positive impact on income, while the variables of technology and experience have a significant and negative impact on income.
