Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis upaya meningkatkan sikap sosial masyarakat dan
pembentukan karakter kepemudaan melalui berbagai program pendidikan dan pelatihan.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data
dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasilnnya menunjukkan
bahwa program kepemudaan memiliki peranan penting dalam meningkatkan sikap sosial
masyarakat serta membentuk pemimpin masa depan yang berkarakter. Pengembangan sikap
sosial dan karakter kepemudaan menjadi pondasi penting bagi pembangunan masyarakat yang
inklusif.
