Craftsmanship is not merely about producing works of art, but also a medium for training self-awareness, discipline, focus, and emotional balance. This process trains self-control and mindfulness. Individual management through craftsmanship is effective for participants in retirement age and post-retirement age, through a learning approach that combines art, psychology, and self-awareness. Through the creative process, individuals learn to manage time, thoughts, emotions, and life values naturally—not through theory, but through real-life experiences embedded in every piece they create.
Keywords: craft; bamboo; training, self-control.
